TGIF Everyone!!!!!
I'm still stuck in the country, and with a rainy day no less. So today is not only a bit lonely, but a little somber with the rain. I wonder why rainy days bring mild sadness...... maybe it's just me. I do wish I was home today though.
Tomorrow I may or may not venture into town with one of my Mom's friends, and go to the Market they have. I went last time, and this hot relish they had.. omfg.... delish!!!!!!! I'm going back to get that relish, and pick up a few for my sister too and take them home to her. It was a kind of chili relish, but made with jalapenos. Well, me and spicy food have been kinsmen for some time... lol. It's one of the things I look forward to about being here. Knowing the Market is open Saturday and Tuesday. I've got two days to get there before I leave. Maybe I'll just go twice... lol. This Market is like anyone's version of a Farmers Market. There were quite a few Artists there too last time I was there, which was last month. My family is not as artsy-fartsy as me, so they weren't keen on looking at everything Art. I totally am, so that'll be another thing I take notice of while shopping. Maybe I'll buy an Artist Print. They were around $25 - $50, and I have a huge wall in my computer room at home that's quite barren and empty. Just an idea. Like all browsers, I'll know more after I shop!!
