The first one is "cute" but I wonder what its' function is...graffiti marks territory, sends a message (even if the intended audience isn't looking), is meant to be artwork...it seems that this was done by someone who wanted to say something but got stage fright when he/she got the can of pain and had to draw something, the first thing coming to mind being a smiley face. Then again, things aren't always what they seem...

The second one is very nicely painted on and so neat!
The second one is pretty artistic as such things go, but I prefer the nonchalant joy of the first one!
