This was taken back in January.
I was going to the doctor's and decided to stop off at the bay and see what was out and about. There was a fisherman having his morning coffee, watching the Swan family, so I decided to join in with my camera of course.
You can see the land over yonder, and the rope of the boat in the front corner, but my focus was in the bay at the beautiful birds.

If that's ice on the water, rather them than me. Swans always look so serene unless you disturb.

I like how the "children" are swimming away from their parents. Maybe animals are more like us than we think....

This is such a beautiful scene. It's would have been fun to watch Mama and Daddy swan taking the little ones for a swim.
.....can even feel my blood pressure snking just looking at this!
