Happy Manic Monday!!
I've already been to the doctor's office to give blood for some tests, and home again. Productive start to a weekday. Now to get into my daily groove.... though it's hard when I'm still ill.
I hope you all reading this have a fantastic work week, filled with awesome things. School for the kiddies is just around the corner, and the excitement can be felt everywhere I go. My one nephew is not impressed at all, then again what kid really is at going back to the grind?! My oldest nephew I couldn't be more proud of, despite a few flaws, he is smart enough to go back to school for Grade 13, or O.A.C. credits here in Ontario. Not everyone in my family went to college or university, so if he does we all wouldn't be prouder. He is my Bug.

Hello peoples. Right now I'm making pasta sauce, old school styles though. Real tomatoes boiled down, with garlic, olive oil and onions, plus salt and pepper, basil and a bay leaf. Simmer for the next few hours, and presto!! Serve over favorite pasta. Tonight I'll be having ravioli. MMM. ALl your mouths are watering while you read this, I can tell... I feel the page getting damper!! ;-)
