Sky Friday

SKYWATCH FRIDAY

US Steel Canada.... where the hubby is still locked out of work.
Off in the distance you can see Toronto and the CN Tower.

Beautiful colors, but kind of bittersweet, considering your husband is locked out. Best of luck!

I like the cityscape of Toronto in the distance. It makes a great contrast to the mill. Sorry about the job... I'm out of work too. Wishing you luck!

Oh, yes, there is Toronto, trying to hide in the mist.
I hate lockouts, especially by international companies who seem to have little or no sympathy for the workers, but I'd better not get going on that rant!
Interesting SkyWatch photo, Freda.

A familiar view. It is neat how on some days you can see so far into TO.
US Steel is not a good name around here.

I just realized that you said your husband is locked out of work there! I knew about the lock out but I didn't know I actually knew of someone affected by it!

Beautiful photo. I wasn't familiar with the lockout your way. Did you hear about our #405 Freeway shutting down for the weekend? I'm staying home! Thanks for stopping by.

Well it still makes an interesting photo, I love that you can see Toronto in the distance.

The lockout has been going on a really long time, is there any sign of hope in the talks?

Hubby's union decided to issue a sixty day strike notice last week so come the first week of Sept we might be in the same boat.
