The writing is hard to read but the details of carving are still very pretty. I see stones like this and always wonder about the person and their history.
I see 1876 when this person died at the age of 22 years old. Too young but the stone and the writing is still there. Great shot Freda.Written

Looks like a small gravestone, especially with as many carvings as it has. So... a short but full life?
