There are many electric things in this photo, and each one we all feel we need in order to have balance in our lives.
Are we not just really lying to ourselves and in the end creating more chaos?
Maybe the dark ages were easier....

Our lives may be more chaotic but hubby works for the power company. When the electricity flows he gets paid and life is good.
You've captured a lovely sense of order and symmetry in this shot. I don't often think of chaos as I sit at the front of the line when the light is red, but you can be sure I will now that I've read this entry!
Sometimes I wonder if we're being over-regulated. Life seemed to flow with less stress when everything wasn't cabled and signed to death. We can always count on you to make us think!
